Ab dem 09.04.2021 beginnt die Notdienstbereitschaft freitags um 13 Uhr.
Bei allen Kunden mit einem Wartungsvertrag entfällt die Bereitschaftspauschale, lediglich die Arbeitszeit, Materialkosten sowie die Zeiten für Hin- und Rückfahrt werden in Rechnung gestellt.
